Welcome Back! We hope this email finds you well. We are excited to welcome you all back to the new semester. We have a lot of exciting events planned for this semester, and we can't wait to see you all there.
We will be having a General Body Meeting (GBM) on February 15th from 6-8PM in McKenna/Peter (CUC second floor), in two weeks. We will be eating a lot of delicious Colombian snacks and discussing all the events we have coming up. We are particularly excited to announce that we will be having an event called "Music Around Colombia" where we will have different booths with music from Colombia. This will be like a museum where people can come engage and leave. It's going to be a lot of fun!
Our focus for this semester and the next one will be to recruit more members, specifically on Tartan Connect. This will help us get more funding and make cooler events. We hope you all are as excited as we are for this semester.
 Bienvenidos De Vuelta! Esperamos que se encuentren bien. Nos complace darles la bienvenida de vuelta al nuevo semestre. Tenemos muchos eventos emocionantes planeados para este semestre, y no podemos esperar a verlos a todos allí.
Tendremos una Reunión General (GBM) el 15 de febrero entra las 6-8PM en McKenna/Peter (Segundo piso del CUC), en dos semanas. Comeremos algunos dulces colombianos y discutiremos todos los eventos que tenemos por venir. Estamos particularmente emocionados de anunciar que tendremos un evento llamado "Música alrededor de Colombia" donde tendremos diferentes puestos con música de Colombia. Esto será como un museo donde la gente puede venir a participar y salir. ¡Va a ser muy divertido!
Nuestro enfoque para este semestre y el próximo será reclutar más miembros, específicamente en Tartan Connect. Esto nos ayudará a obtener más financiamiento y hacer eventos más interesantes. Esperamos que todos estén tan emocionados como nosotros por este semestre. |
