🌱From the field to the cup The Universidad de Antioquia invites you to participate in The Coffee Route: Knowledge and Flavour program, which aims to provide an educational experience that incorporates the unique flavours and knowledge of coffee. The program is designed to explore the coffee-growing regions of Antioquia, Colombia, while respecting intercultural diversity and biodiversity. Participants will have the opportunity to visit towns and farms, meet with locals, and learn about the transformative power of coffee. This course includes 10 immersive moments filled with experiences and learning, revitalized with meetings with coffee farmers and producers—in which we brew and taste especially diverse coffees. This also involves lectures, stories and study topics that revolve around coffee, while there are field trips to coffee farms overflowing with the flavor and knowledge of Antioquia's coffee. SSA encourages students to immerse themselves in the Spanish language and culture while exploring our unique locations around Spain and Latin America. Our flagship location, Seville, provides fantastic in-depth opportunities in the heart of the city.
