About the PMAHCC Foundation The Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation (PMAHCCF) is a 501(c)(3) whose goal it is to: Provide the economic growth of the Hispanic community in the region Offer academic, professional, and technical opportunities to community members Promote Hispanic culture, languages, history, and art in the region The PMAHCCF provides economic empowerment vehicles through programming, scholarships, visibility and more.
