About my talk:
I sacrificed my Puerto Rican Spanish at the age of six to better assimilate into my suburban hometown. Fifteen years later I ventured to Colombia to get it back. Come with me on a musical journey as I explore the beautiful challenges of both losing and finding a mother tongue.
