Participate in the Tradition:
As part of the Dia de los Muertos tradition, we invite you to bring photos or small mementos of your loved ones who have passed away. These items can be placed on our ofrenda (altar), which will remain on display throughout the week as a tribute to those we wish to remember and honor.
Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is a celebration that originates from Mexico and honors the lives of those who have departed. The ofrenda is a central part of this tradition, offering a place for families and friends to share memories and connect with those they've lost. By bringing photos or other cherished items, you contribute to this beautiful display of remembrance, helping to create a communal space of love, reflection, and celebration.
We encourage you to participate in this tradition and bring a piece of your own story to the ofrenda. The Ofrenda Happy Hour is more than just a social gathering; it's a celebration of the Mexican tradition of Dia de los Muertos, encouraging community connection and cultural appreciation in a vibrant atmosphere filled with music, art, and dance.
We hope to see you there to share in this special evening with us! Please let us know if you have any questions, and don't forget to register soon to secure your spot.
