Hello!
I'm writing to invite you to a special filmmaker talk at the STUDIO for Creative Inquiry (CFA 111) this Friday December 8th at 5:30 PM.
We're fortunate to have Amber Bemak and Nadia Granados who created the film "100 Ways to Cross a Border" about the long artistic career of Guillermo Gomez-Peña and his international performance group "La Pocha Nostra." They're in town for a screening with the Carnegie Museum of Art, and will be visiting students / classes through the Dietrich College of Humanities and Social Science thanks to support from Therese Tardio.
This event came together rather quickly, but I would also appreciate it if you could share this invitation with your colleagues, students, and coworkers so that people have an opportunity to meet these artists while they're in the Pittsburgh area for a short time.
Warmly,
Harrison
