Welcome back to another semester! We hope that your first day has gone even better than you expected it to :)
We have a ton of amazing events planned for the coming semester, including a new series called "Cena a las Seis" that will feature storytime with a graduating member. Look out for our full semester calendar in next week's email!
Additionally, we will be having our first event of the semester, a welcome back GBM, next Wednesday Feb 10 at 6:00pm EST. Prizes will be raffled out at this event!
If you are interested in subscribing to the LatinX alliance D-list please click here. This D-list is run by Ivan Cao Berg, an MCS alumni who is currently part of SCS faculty, and often features Latinx opportunities, events, and shops that are in the Pittsburgh area.
Lastly, SLICE is featuring a former SALSA member who graduated in 2009 at their TLC this year. The panel is specifically discussing how student leadership experience can help jumpstart and further your career. If you are interested in attending this event, it takes place TOMORROW Tuesday Feb 2 at 8pm and you can RSVP here.
