Salsa Weekly 2/3

Hola amigos!

We hope you're having a great day thus far :) We have planned some awesome events so keep reading for more.

First, we're planning to have a valentines goody-bag/churro making event sometimes this weekend on campus. The time will be determined by your vote in our GroupMe! If you aren't already in the chat, email up your phone number and we'll add you. The following Friday, we'll be having a valentines day churro sale with the goody bags that will include Hispanic candy, memes/cards, and a cute churro or two! Price is TBD; there will not be a pre-sale for this event.

We also have a tentative events calendar for the year for you all. You can see the dates attached below and topic of the event; we plan to have a full calendar that includes time & date, location of the event, and a description of the event for our next weekly email. Almost every event will include food and most of it will be Hispanic/Latino (aka we're gonna stop serving pizza at everything and order tacos and stuff instead).

Lastly, we want to remind you that there are always opportunities to get more involved with SALSA. If you are interested, please reach out to us and we can tell you more :)

TLDR: We're going to stop serving pizza and get better food, see below for our events this and next week, we'll have a full events calendar next week for yall

Ciao,

Kate Liston
