Latinas Connect in Pittsburgh
Celebrate Women of Color HERStory Month® 2016 for +Latinas Connect, Wednesday, March 9, 6:30P-8:30P at the United Steelworkers Building - an evening for Pittsburgh Latinas to connect for networking and an open discussion on their expectations and needs for Latinas in the city.
The Latino population in Pittsburgh is yet to be very significant compared to other major cities in the United States. However, there is Latino presence in the area and women are playing a major role on the expansion and establishment and of Latino heritage in the region. This event seeks to connect Pittsburgh's Latinas from different backgrounds to for an evening of networking and an open discussion about their expectations and needs as individuals and professionals of the city.
