Join us for lunch and conversation (in Spanish and English!) with Cuban scholar Armando Chaguaceda, who will discuss political change and civil society in today’s Cuba. Chaguaceda is a specialist on democracies in Latin America, and follows deliberative/participatory democracy movements.
