Hola, y Bienvenida to all our new members!!

 

Make sure to mark your calendars with the upcoming SALSA events!

 

Sunday September 8th on CFA lawn will be the Welcoming event with Circulo Juvenil. This will be a networking event to connect community based organizations serving the latino population in Pittsburgh! Come and show support!!

 

Our General Body Meeting will be held on Monday September 9th at 5:30 in DH 1211. Come by and meet the new members! The GBM will also be a great way to find out more information about the other upcoming events. 

 

To kick off Spanish heritage month, this year we will be hosting the empanada sale with Juntos!! It will be Friday September 13th from 12:00-4:30pm.

 

Make sure to come to the stuffing parties, which will be in Maggie Mo apartments! 

 

Friday September 6th from 5:00-8:00pm will be the dough making!! 

 

Wednesday September 11th from 6:00-9:00pm come help stuff the cheese empanadas!

 

And Thursday September 12th from 5:00-8:00pm help stuff the meat empanadas!  There will even be a free empanada for those of you who come to help out. 

 

Also on Friday September 6th, after the dough making, if enough members are interested there will be a Mexico City outing ; $5-$10 to get in.
