Dignity and Respect Fall Festival UPMC's Dignity and Respect Campaign joins individuals, community leaders, community organizations, educational institutions, businesses and corporations under the common notion that everyone deserves dignity and respect. Mission: Dignity and respect are crucial to building and sustaining an environment in which everyone feels included, valued, and appreciated. Sometimes it's the smallest things that have the biggest impact.
