Spanish courses at CMU

Hello SALSA,

I hope you all had a great thanksgiving break! This is a reminder about Spanish S22 courses offered at CMU that are mostly still open!!! I attached them to this email and if you have room on your schedule I would definitely add any of these. They are truly eye-opening, fun, and fulfill almost any gen-ed which is a plus :D

The first page lists all the courses that will be taught in Spanish.

The second and third pages list all the courses that will be taught in English by Hispanic Studies faculty or other faculty (depending on the topics).

If you have any questions, reach out to Kenya Dworkin at kdworkin@andrew.cmu.edu or any professors on the list, they would be happy to talk to you. If you're interested in taking courses taught in Spanish but you haven't taken Spanish I or II at CMU you can still take the course as long as you explain your circumstances to the professor and they'll waive the prerequisite without a problem! so don't be shy and get on SIO to register rn

Best,

Amelia Lopez
