Named Entrepreneur Magazines' 100 Powerful Women of 2020, Rachel ten Brink is a Data Driven, Product/Consumer Obsessed Founder, Board Member, Investor and a Top Latinx in Tech leader. Rachel was Partner at Five Four Ventures LLC, a VC and Start-up Studio in New York and San Francisco. Previously, she was co-founder and CMO of Scentbird, a Y-Combinator backed fragrance subscription service that raised $28MM+ in venture funding. Rachel led Growth, Brand and Business Development, scaling the company to over 500,000 subscribers. Before this, she spent 20 years building billion dollar brands at top consumer companies including Elizabeth ArdenThe Estée Lauder Companies Inc.GilletteL'Oréal, and Bacardi. She is a Y Combinator alumnus, #500 strong, and was recognized as Top 50 Latinx Tech Leaders in the US ($10B in exits). She is passionate about supporting women and Latinx in tech.

Rachel is an early stage investor and advisor to several consumer-tech companies. She frequently writes and speaks about consumer technology, growth, influencer marketing, venture capital, entrepreneurship, and diversity, and has been featured in Inc. Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Latina, Refinery29, Inc. and Forbes. A native of Costa Rica, Rachel holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Babson College with a B.S. in International Business.
